At Stryvgear, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following conditions:

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

Only unused items are eligible for return.

For exchanges, only size differences are accepted.

Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, or altered products.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Customised or special-order items.

4. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice) is required.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Email us at stryvgear@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item.

We will review your request and provide the return shipping address.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange.
